Fire Watch
When the system goes down, we stand up.

The mission
Sprinklers impaired. Alarm panel down. Hot work underway. Code says a trained human walks the building until the system is back — that’s us.
What you get
Rapid deployment, day or night. Officers walk documented rounds on the required interval, watch for smoke, fire, and hazards, and keep marshal-ready logs from the first hour to the last.
When the inspector asks for the record, you hand it over. Done.
When to call
Sprinkler or alarm impairment. Hot-work standby. Post-incident coverage. Events where the marshal requires it.
